Part time Night Carer ( Fri/Sat night)

WORKING 2 NIGHTS PER WEEK ( EVERY  FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT) to provide overnight support, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being residents. Responsibilities typically include assisting with bedtime and morning routines, managing personal care, monitoring the individual's condition and medication administration if required, and providing reassurance throughout the night. 

• Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, bathing
• Safety & Monitoring: Regularly checking on individuals as requested to ensure they are comfortable
• Emotional Support: Providing a reassuring, calm presence if an individual wakes up and needs support
• Care Notes: Updating the digital hand set ( person centred software PCS)
• Domestic & Household Tasks: Performing light housekeeping; wet room, communal lounge and hall way cleaning to meet infection control measures and keep home safe and well presented   

• This is a Waking Night role: The carer remains awake and alert throughout the entire shift to provide active, frequent support or monitoring.
• Supported by a staff member on 'Sleep in' to assist in the event of an emergency
