  • £15.03 per hour
  • 38.5 hours per week (8pm-8am on a 3 on 3 off pattern)

Located near the stunning Lancashire coast, our newly refurbished 62-bed home offers a modern, welcoming, and supportive environment for both our residents and team members.

As a Senior Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve:

  • Undertaking any necessary training
  • Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities.
  • Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
  • Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with outside professionals, interviewing etc.

What are we looking for?

  • Supervisory/leadership experience in a residential or nursing home setting - essential 
  • A positive outlook and warm personality
  • Confident in record-keeping and the use of various technologies
  • Able to remain calm and guide colleagues under pressure
  • A Night Owl- able to effectively work during long night shifts
