Senior Healthcare Assistant

We are actively looking for Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our existing team.

As a Senior care assistant you will have a high level of responsibility which will include managing and administering medications, updating and reviewing care plans, as well as mentoring less experienced staff whilst leading by example as an integral part of the team.

To provide the highest quality delivery of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully, to liaise with care professionals relating to the needs of the residents.

You will also be responsible for making beds, tidying residents rooms, undertaking ligt cleaning duties as needed and generally assist in ensuring the home is kept clean pleasant and welcoming at all times.
