Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse – Centre Vale Hall Care Home, Todmordon

We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our friendly care home team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care while supporting our residents to live safe, comfortable and fulfilling lives.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to residents.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans.

• Administer and monitor medications in line with policies and procedures.

• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.

• Work closely with GPs, healthcare professionals, families and care staff.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.

• Support residents with long-term conditions, dementia and other complex care needs.

• Promote dignity, independence, choice and quality of life.

• Provide guidance and support to care assistants and other members of the team.

• Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, professional standards and company policies.
