Bank Kitchen Assistant

We are recruiting for an experienced Bank Kitchen Assistant. You will ideally be qualified with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate to level 2 or 3. Experience working within Care Homes, Schools and Hotels/Guest Houses would be desirable but not essential.

Key Tasks

• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen, dining and storage areas.
• To be responsible (under the supervision of Chef/Head Chef) for the serving and removal of food at meal times.
• To maintain appropriate workflow in the kitchen by assuring prompt clearing and washing of dishes, crockery, pots and pans.
• To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of Crown Care Group.
• To ensure all dining and Bistro areas are kept tidy, set up and well stocked with food, beverages, cutlery and crockery.
• Help with special events.

A variety of shifts will be available to pick up, but mainly to cover weekends between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm. 

A DBS will be completed before commencement of the role.
