As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support residents with their day-to-day careneeds, while promoting their dignity, independence and wellbeing,

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing person-centred care and support to residents

Assisting with personal care, dressing and mobility

Supporting residents with meals and drinks

Following individual careplans and reporting any changes in residents' needs

Supporting residents with activities and social interaction

Maintainiog a safe, clean and comfortable environment

Working a spart of a friendly and professional care team

Treating every resident with dignity, respect and kindness
