Job Summary
- Working four 9-hour shifts from 7.00am – 4.00pm, across 7 days (including 1 x crossover day)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Nursing Home to work as a Catering Supervisor.
The Catering Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of food services across all floors at the Chiswick Nursing Centre, using the Apetito Cook-Chill system. The role ensures that residents receive safe, nutritious, appetising meals that meet individual dietary, cultural and clinical needs. You will be required to maintain high standards of food safety, stock control, documentation and staff supervision in line with CQC requirements and internal policies.

Key requirements:
· Highly efficient and be able to work both independently and as part of a team
· Work a 36-hour week, on a 7-day rota basis, daytime shifts only
· Prepare nutritious food and beverages to a high standard
· Prepare special dietary meals as needed
· Previous experience with computer literacy (intermediate Word, Excel & Outlook)
· Written and verbal communication skills are essential
· strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines
· Possess an excellent understanding of Food Safety & HACCAP regulations
