We’re excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader / Care Coordinator to join our friendly team at Pine Lodge Care Home in Weston-super-Mare! ??

Are you an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting colleagues to provide the very best for our residents?

We’re looking for a reliable, compassionate and confident Team Leader / Care Coordinator who can lead by example and help ensure the smooth running of the home on a day-to-day basis.

? Previous experience in a senior care or leadership role
? A genuine passion for supporting older people and improving their quality of life
? Excellent communication and organisational skills
? Confidence supporting and guiding care staff
? The ability to coordinate shifts and respond to changing situations
? A flexible approach to working, including weekend availability
? Willingness to support on-call responsibilities, where required
? A good understanding of safeguarding, medication, care plans and risk assessments
? Someone who can remain calm, professional and approachable under pressure
? A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
? Someone who is confident taking responsibility and making decisions when needed

?? The Role

As a Team Leader / Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the Registered Manager and wider management team with the day-to-day coordination of care.

You will help ensure that residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care while supporting care staff to work effectively and confidently.

Your responsibilities will include supporting staff on shift, coordinating care, ensuring care plans and records are maintained, responding to residents' needs and helping to promote high standards across the home.
