Care Assistant (Days) – Heeley Bank Nursing and Residential Home

At Heeley Bank, we’re looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant.

Based in Sheffield, S2, Heeley Bank, is a 67-bed nursing and residential care home providing specialist care and support for older adults and those living with dementia If you're passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding opportunity within a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives by:

• Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences
• Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
• Providing support during mealtimes
• Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing
• Working collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team

Position Details

·  Full-time or Part-Time opportunity, Day shifts 

·  Shift times: 07:45-20:00

·  Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

·  Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays

·  Location: Sheffield, S2 (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
