Carlingwark House is looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a 33-hour night shift contract.

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night, helping to maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to residents throughout the night.

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living needs.

• Promote residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, and choice.

• Ensure residents are comfortable and safe during the night.

• Monitor residents and respond to their individual needs.

• Support with mobility and repositioning when required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Complete care records and documentation accurately.

• Report any concerns or changes in residents’ wellbeing.

• Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent and compassionate care.
