Position: Support Worker

Carlingwark House is looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a 33-hour day shift contract.

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents throughout the day, helping to promote their comfort, dignity, independence, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to residents throughout the day.

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.

• Support residents with their individual needs and routines.

• Promote dignity, privacy, independence, and choice.

• Encourage residents to participate in activities and social opportunities.

• Support residents with mobility and daily routines when required.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

• Complete care records and documentation accurately.

• Report any concerns or changes in residents’ wellbeing.

• Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent and compassionate care.
