Maintenance Person Wanted

We are looking for a reliable, practical, and versatile Maintenance Person to join our small team.

The ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder, able to work both independently and as part of a small team, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks.

Duties will include:

• Water testing and monitoring

• Carrying out safety checks

• Fire safety checks and general fire-related maintenance

• General maintenance and repairs around the home

• Identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety issues

• Helping to keep the property safe, clean, and well maintained

We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, practical, and able to use their initiative. Previous maintenance experience would be an advantage.
