About the roles:

As Compassionate Care Assistant, you will play important and integral roles within our care team, helping us deliver high standards of care to our deserving residents. These are varied roles however the main duties will/may include (based on the role):

• Reporting to the Senior Carer or in-charge, supporting and guiding the team with daily personal care responsibilities.
• Review and maintaining up-to-date care records and ensure maintaining high care standards.
• Supporting residents and dealing with personal care with compassion.
• Building professional, warm and friendly relationships with our residents, providing physical & emotional support and promoting quality of life.
• Delivering a warm and friendly service, in welcoming relatives and healthcare professionals to our Home.
