Glenkindie Lodge is a 33-bed Residential Care Home in Desborough, Northamptonshire providing care for residents who are elderly, many with dementia. We are passionate and committed towards providing high-quality care in a ‘home-from-home’ environment.

About the role:
As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play important and integral roles within our care team, helping us deliver high standards of care to our deserving residents.
The Duties and responsibilities Senior Night Care Assistant include, but not limited to:
- To be accountable for the home and the residents, and to create a calm and secure atmosphere throughout the night
- To ensure regular checks are carried out throughout the night for each resident’s individual needs (in relation to the home’s guidelines and policies).
- To administer medication if required.
- Be aware of all emergency contact and home procedures in relation to health and safety.
- To ensure that all night documentation is completed and signed for.
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of all records required to be kept by CQC.
Please Note: This is a waking duty. You are expected to perform care duties and assist with some cleaning duties.
