About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily routines, helping them to maintain as much independence, dignity, and mobility as possible. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring each resident’s wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do. Your Responsibilities:

  • Experience in delivering care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a positive, friendly, and respectful approach.
  • Remain calm, organised, and compassionate during busy periods, ensuring residents continue to receive the highest standard of care.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the standards expected within a care setting.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to the changing needs of residents and the care environment.
  • Complete tasks under the direction of the senior team and use initiative when working independently.

About Us:

We provide high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care, with a strong focus on the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents.

As a well-established care provider, we are committed to delivering professional, compassionate, and person-centred services that put residents first.

Why join us?

Our aim is to support residents to live as independently as possible in a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
