£25.80 per hour, £56,347 (42 hours per week).
12 hour shifts, full time and part time - rotating days and waking nights

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and compassionate care to our residents. You will work closely with residents, their families and the wider care team to ensure individual care needs are met and the highest standards of care are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing person-centred care plans.
- Administering medication safely and effectively.
- Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes in condition.
- Leading and supporting the care team to ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered.
- Working collaboratively with GPs, healthcare professionals and other external services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Supporting residents and their families with compassion, dignity and respect.
- Promoting a safe, welcoming and positive environment for residents.
About You
You will be a Registered General Nurse with a current NMC registration and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working as a Registered Nurse, ideally within a care home or similar setting.
- Has a good understanding of clinical care and safeguarding.
- Is confident making clinical decisions and managing changing priorities.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can lead, support and motivate a team.
- Is compassionate, professional and committed to promoting residents’ dignity, choice and independence.
