Care Assisstant

The Clough Care Home are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis, working 21 hours per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering high?quality, person?centred care in a supportive residential setting.

Hours: 21 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £ 12.82   per hour

Working Pattern: Includes every other weekend

Location: The Clough Residential Home, The Clough, Chorley New Rd, Bolton BL1 5BB

Key Responsibilities

Providing high?quality personal care and support to residents

Promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times

Supporting residents with daily activities and well?being

Working effectively as part of a caring and professional team

Maintaining accurate care records in line with regulations

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable)

Previous experience in a care setting is preferred

A caring, patient, and positive attitude

Reliability and flexibility to meet service needs

Strong communication and teamwork skills
