You’ll plan activities based on residents’ interests, encourage social interaction and help promote their wellbeing and quality of life.
 

What You'll Do

• Plan and organise fun, meaningful activities based on residents' interests.
• Encourage residents to take part in social, creative and recreational activities.
• Adapt activities to suit different abilities, needs and preferences.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with residents.
• Support residents' wellbeing, confidence and independence.
• Work alongside the care team to provide a person-centred experience.
