Job Summary
Serene HC UK Ltd are seeking to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Part Time (24 hours per week) Clinical Lead as part of the team. This exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivery high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Support: Providing leadership and support for clinical and care staff, ensuring safety and dignity of residents, and maintaining skills and knowledge.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Developing monitoring and reporting systems to promote safe and effective service delivery.
- Clinical Governance: Acting as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice and collaborating with GPs and other health professionals.
- Training and Development: Ensuring staff have undertaken appropriate training and that learning is transferred into practice.
- Infection Prevention: Monitoring care delivery, including infection prevention and control procedures.
- Service Development: Formulating strategies for service development and supporting implementation.
- Mentorship: Providing mentorship for new nurses and those requiring specific support to develop clinical skills or knowledge.
- Medicines Management: Supporting medicines management and assessing staff competency to manage medication.
- Auditing: Completed audits throughout the service and assisting the Senior Management team in collating information, as required.

Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse
- NMC Registration
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
Experience:
- Qualified nursing experience working in a nursing home
- Experience of working as Clinical Lead in current or precious roles
- Evidence of good practice
- Teaching and mentoring junior staff
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under supervision
- Able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients
Personal Qualities:

- Able to relate well with people/team

- Up to date with current nursing issues
