How you’ll make a difference 
  • Bring energy, creativity and fun into daily life for our residents
  • Plan engaging activities, games, quizzes, crafts & one-to-one moments
  • Organise events like BBQs and Christmas parties
  • Arrange visits from entertainers & local businesses
  • Support movement and independence through fun physical activities
  • Lead social outings and in-home activities for all abilities
All you need is:
  • A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
  • Maternity cover with the availability to commit to 30 hours per week until March 2027
  • A warm, creative, people-focused personality
  • You will need to be confident outgoing, bubbly and able to work on your own and with the team and residents, organise activities and think of new ideas
  • You do not necessarily have to of had experience in this role, however this is a Dementia care home, so you will also need to have an understanding of Dementia care
