Registered Nurse

As a Mid-level Registered Nurse in our Care department, you'll provide hands-on patient care and coordinate treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, symptom management, and smooth transitions. You will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient progress, and escalate changes in condition while participating in quality improvement initiatives. The role includes mentoring junior staff, collaborating with physicians and families, and contributing to care and discharge planning. The ideal candidate brings several years of clinical nursing experience, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
