Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to join our organisation. Duties

  • Assist the Manager in coordinating daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.
  • Support staff in delivering exceptional service and maintaining organisational standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic to motivate team members.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management to optimise productivity.
  • Contribute to staff training programmes, including teaching responsibilities where necessary, to enhance team skills.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold organisational reputation.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all departments.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews of staff members.
  • Assist in organising organisational events or programmes aimed at community engagement or staff development.
  • Undertake on-call duties on a rota system

Skills / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar environment.
