About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join The Maria Mallaband Care Group team. You will assist service users to enable them to receive the correct support and work towards their aims and goals. As a Physiotherapist at Maria Mallaband you will be a natural educator and strive to share your knowledge and passion, ensuring that care staff and nurses follow plans set out for the rehabilitation of service users.
About You:
You will have held a Physiotherapy role within a healthcare/ care home setting with a proven track record of compliance and a valid Physiotherapy qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to handle multiple priorities
- The ability to cope with responsibility and pressure
- Use knowledge to monitor Service Users, identify specialist training needs/ equipment and share knowledge through demonstration & instruction
- Ability to identify issues and ensure that care delivery is effective and to the highest standards
- Be able to support Service Users with human functions, movement and help them achieve their full physical potential to promote, maintain and restore wellbeing
- Experience of teaching staff the required skills to deliver any care set out by a Physiotherapist will be an advantage
