We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Head of Care Days to lead our daytime care team with passion and precision. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the daytime care team to deliver outstanding senior care aligned with individual care plans.
• Supervise daily operations within the care home during daytime hours, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop, review, and update personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure effective communication across departments to promote seamless resident support and well-being.
• Oversee staff supervision, training, and development to maintain high-quality care delivery.
• Manage documentation accurately using IT systems for care records, incident reports, and compliance records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and staff performance.
