Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Head of Care Days to lead our daytime care team with passion and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of exceptional senior care services, ensuring that each resident’s needs are met with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the daytime care team to deliver outstanding senior care aligned with individual care plans.
- Supervise daily operations within the care home during daytime hours, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop, review, and update personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure effective communication across departments to promote seamless resident support and well-being.
- Oversee staff supervision, training, and development to maintain high-quality care delivery.
- Manage documentation accurately using IT systems for care records, incident reports, and compliance records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and staff performance.
Skills / Qualifications
- Skills Proven experience supervising or managing staff within a care home or senior care environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive working atmosphere. Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents
