Health Care Assistant

Duties

• Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to ensure their comfort and safety
• Develop and follow tailored care plans to meet individual needs, preferences, and health requirements
• Support medication management by reminding or assisting with prescribed treatments in accordance with care plans
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues, residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records regularly
• Drive company vehicles when necessary to support home care visits or outings, ensuring safe transportation at all times
• Promote a positive environment by engaging residents or clients in social activities and encouraging their participation in community events
