Acitivity Coordinator

We are looking for a Activity Coordinator to come and join our team.

The role is focused on creating activities and interests that will enhance the daily life of elderly residents living with Dementia.

This may include such things as arranging enterainers, arts and crafts, singing, etc.

Experience within a care home setting preferred.

You will have a kind caring approach, excellent communication skills and to work in a participatory manner with residents to enable them to achieve desired outcomes.

You will lead an inspiring programme of activities that enhance physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

You will design activity programmes tailored to individual residents and create uplifting group sessions
