Job Summary
POSITION: Care Assistant
REPORTS TO: Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Seniors
QUALIFICATION: Social Care Level 2 or equivalent
JOB PROFILE:
To carry out a range of duties within the day to day programme of care for the elderly, with knowledge/experience of Dementia.
Be competent to enter personal centred care data on to the Ablyss/CMS system for residents to whom you care for, making yourself familiar with their well-being, health and preferences. Ensuring that all matters are kept confidential.
Skills / Qualifications
- Level 2 Qualification in Care or Equivalent
