Job Summary
We are running a small homely residential care home with a group of kind, friendly and caring staff. We are currently recruiting new staff to join our team. We are expecting you could:
- Provide a high level of care to our residents ensuring their wellbeing
- Provide personal care, maintaining a high level of hygiene
- Assist our residents as necessary
- Identify and assist with residents’ needs
- Support our residents to maintain their independence
- Food preparation
Skills/Qualifications:
- Care experience of at least 2 years (preferred, not compulsory)
- Care certificate NVQ L2 (preferred, not compulsory)
- Staff who lives locally is preferred, but not compulsory.
