Salary: £12.71-£12.83phr dependent on experience

Roche Health Care is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly team.

We provide a range of care and support services for older residents, including those living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to older residents, including those with dementia
Lead and support care staff, ensuring standards are met
Contribute to care planning and medication administration (training available)
Maintain confidentiality and uphold health and safety standards
Provide cover for other senior staff when needed
Requirements

NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Experience in elderly care and care planning
Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Kind, caring, adaptable, and trustworthy
Basic first aid and health & safety awareness
