£12.71 per hour | Bank Carer | 2–3 Nights per Week

Hazel Bank Carehome is currently recruiting a caring, compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant to join the team. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents throughout the night.

The Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents throughout the night and ensuring their safety, comfort and wellbeing. You will provide person-centred care while respecting each resident's individual needs, choices and routines.

Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care, responding to their needs during the night, supporting mobility and repositioning where required, maintaining a safe environment, completing appropriate care records and communicating any concerns to the wider care team.

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable. Applications are also welcomed from individuals who have the right attitude, values and willingness to learn.

Location

Due to the regular night-shift pattern, we would particularly welcome applications from candidates who live locally or within a reasonable travelling distance of Hazel Bank Care Home. Applicants must be able to reliably travel to the home for their scheduled shifts.
