Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of older people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional nurse to join our friendly team in a well-established nursing home in the Wombourne area.
Position: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Location: [St Anthony's Care Home, Stourbridge Road, WV4 5NQ] Hours: Full-time Salary: £19-21 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer medications safely and in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Monitor residents' health and wellbeing.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to care staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Skills / Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN). Current NMC registration. Excellent clinical and communication skills. A caring and compassionate approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience within a care home is desirable but not essential
