The Role

We are looking for a Bank Carer to join our caring and supportive team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about care and enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of others.

As a Bank Carer, you will support residents with their day-to-day care needs and help create a positive and comfortable environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate and person-centred care to residents
• Supporting residents with personal care and daily activities
• Promoting dignity, independence and choice
• Building positive and respectful relationships with residents
• Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care
• Following care plans, policies and procedures
• Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment
• Reporting any concerns or changes in residents’ wellbeing to the appropriate team member

Previous care experience is preferred. 

•  Alternating weekends required
•  £12.71 per hour
• Bank contract
