Location : South Park, Gale Lane, York YO24 3HX
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (8 Supernumerary and 32 supporting the floor)

With over 1,500 dedicated staff across 25 homes from Morpeth to Milton Keynes, we provide care for nearly 1,200 residents – offering everything from elderly and dementia care to support for young adults with neurological or physical disabilities. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting with the overall management of the home
  • Leading and motivating care teams to deliver outstanding care
  • Ensuring care plans are up-to-date and tailored to individual needs
  • Handling staffing, rotas, and mentoring team members
  • Promoting a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN (prefered but not essential)
  • Some leadership experience (or the desire to step into a senior role)
  • A caring, confident communicator with great team spirit
  • Passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care desirable
  • Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care
