Job Summary
Health Care Assistant (Days). Oak Springs Care Home
- Hourly rate: £12.76 per hour
- Shift pattern: 8am-8pm
- Contracted hours: 33 hours (3 shifts) per week or 44 hours (4 shifts per week) available

We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You'll work across our specialist care units: General Residential Unit, Early Onset EMI Unit - supporting residents in the early stages of their dementia journey or Advanced EMI Unit - supporting residents in the later stages of their dementia journey.
What You'll Do
- Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
- Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
- Subject to the needs of the business, you may be required to support other units within the home.
About You
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering excellent care.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and able to adapt to different care environments.
- Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
