Job Summary
Housekeeper. Burscough Manor Care Home
- Rate of pay: £12.76 per hour
- Contracted hours: 22.5 hours (3 shifts) per week
- Shift Times: 8am – 4pm

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
What You'll Do
- Keep residents' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas clean and well-presented.
- Follow cleaning schedules and infection control procedures.
- Support laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing and distributing clothing and linen.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Help create a comfortable and homely environment for residents.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards throughout the home.
About You
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning or domestic experience is desirable but not essential.
- Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Friendly, caring and respectful in your approach.
- Flexible to work shifts, including some weekends.
- A positive team player with a strong attention to detail.
