Job Summary
Health Care Assistant (Days). Birkdale Tower Care Home
- Rate of pay: £13.58 per hour
- Contracted hours: 22 (2 shifts) or 33 (3 shifts) per week available
- Shift Times: Days: 8 am-8 pm

What You'll Do
- Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
- Encourage independence and participation in activities.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records and handovers.
- Promote dignity, independence and choice.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
About You
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
- Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
- Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
- Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
- Flexible to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
