Health Care Assistant (Days). St Helens Hall Care Home

  • Rate of pay: £12.76 per hour
  • Contracted hours: 33 (3 shifts) per week available  
  • Shift Times: Days: 8am-8pm

We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

What You'll Do

  • Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
  • Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Encourage independence and participation in activities.
  • Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate care records and handovers.
  • Promote dignity, independence and choice.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

About You

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
  • Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
  • Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
  • Flexible to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
  • Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
