Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and caring Chef to join our small, friendly care home. You will be responsible for preparing fresh, nutritious and enjoyable meals for our residents, taking into account individual dietary needs, allergies and preferences.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Provide nutritious, varied meals suitable for older people.

Cater for special dietary requirements, allergies and texture-modified diets.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety.

Manage food stocks, ordering and minimise waste.

Work closely with care staff to meet residents' nutritional needs.

Take residents' preferences and feedback into consideration.

Skills / Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef is essential; care home experience is desirable
- Food Hygiene Certificate.
