• Shift pattern: 8am-8pm
• Contracted hours: 44 hours per week

Join our dedicated team at Dalton Court Care Home and play a vital role in delivering outstanding nursing care to our residents every day.

We're looking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
• Lead and support the care team, providing clinical guidance and expertise.
• Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to concerns.
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans and documentation.
• Liaise with families, GPs and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote dignity, independence and choice in everything you do.
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance are maintained.

About You

• A valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
• Previous experience within a nursing, residential, dementia or elderly care setting is desirable.
• Confident leading teams and making clinical decisions.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Compassionate, professional and committed to delivering exceptional care.
• A positive role model who leads by example and supports colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
