Job Summary
Senior Health Care Assistant (Nights). Parklands Care Home
- Pay rate: £15.66 per hour
- Contract: 22 hours (2 shifts), 33 hours (3 shifts) or 44 hours (4 shifts) per week available.
- Shifts: 8pm-8am
- Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship
- £500 welcome bonus
Join our supportive team at Parklands Care Home and play a key role in delivering outstanding care and leadership during the night.
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant who can lead by example, support colleagues, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the night care team.
- Deliver personal care and wellbeing support.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents and respond to any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
About You
- Previous Senior Health Care Assistant experience.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it.
- Confident leading shifts and supporting colleagues.
- Compassionate, reliable and organised.
- A genuine night owl who can stay alert, responsive and focused throughout the night.
