My mum has been living at Parklands for over 2 years now and we think its a lovely clean place, with great staff and care. The home has had a change of ownership in the last 12 months and it is evident to see the investment in the site, the new management and the facilities are improving. Whilst there is more activities to be had, to keep the residents busy, distracted and appreciative, the increase in the last 12 months make this one of the best homes in Southport. I have had to look at other options at the behest fo the local council and Parklands stands above many, many, many homes. Thank you and good luck

Thank you for the outstanding level of care you offered my Mum, who came to Parklands Lodge recently for a short term stay. My first impressions were a clean, modern, well maintained establishment and the bedrooms and communal lounges are very spacious and bright. Both Mum and I were really impressed by the friendly, welcoming environment from the start, there is an overall positive feel about the place which helped Mum to settle in very quickly. Everyone is approachable, helpful and attentive to the needs of the residents and I felt completely reassured that my Mum was in good hands. Mum enjoyed the comfort of a large, airy bedroom overlooking beautiful gardens with her own shower room. She made friends with other residents and staff over a few rounds of dominoes and enjoyed delicious homecooked meals, they even cater for visitors and a family meal can be arranged. Mum truly had a fabulous time at Parklands Lodge and I know she was reluctant to leave. Can't thank you enough!
