My father has been a resident at Priesty Fields since June 2024. Since moving here, he has had a new lease of life. There has been a massive improvement in his health and wellbeing, which we put down to the care and treatment he receives here. He enjoys living at Priesty Fields and has good relationships
with staff, who are very supportive of him. He enjoys the food and the activities which are available. We would definitely recommend Priesty Fields to any family.

Fleetwood Hall

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
The care afforded to my Grandma for almost the last 3 years has been fantastic. Her dementia has developed since she has lived at Fleetwood Hall and her needs can be challenging however the staff have been patient and caring with her. She has developed strong bonds and trust with the care team. The
home itself always appears clean and looked after and the rooms are large, light and airy. There are plenty of communal spaces for residents to enjoy.

When she was able to enjoy trips out there was plenty on offer, and there are regularly visitors to the home who engage the residents with a variety of activities in addition to the in house ones. I like the social media updates and the fact that visitors can call when it suits for the most part. Staff are quick to answer queries and questions and have kept family members up to date. I would, and do, recommend this home to others for spacious environment, facilities and overall care.

When my Dad was transferred to the care home from hospital, his health had deteriorated to a point he did not have the strength to lift himself out of a chair or bed, walk unaided, had lost a huge amount of weight in a short period of time and he was falling multiple times a day. He moved into Fleetwood
Hall on Christmas Eve 2025 and as I wrote this review on 1 February 2026 he has improved beyond measure. He is up and about, smiling, doing his puzzles again which he had lost a love for, he has gained weight and has a love for eating again. He is in such good spirits and has nothing but good things to say about the staff and care he receives every day. Because of this home, Dad has a lease of life again. Our family and myself are so grateful for everything you have done for him. We can not say thank you enough. If you are looking for somewhere to place a loved one who needs extra care I would recommend this home a 1000 times over. Our Dad's improvement is immeasurable. Thank you.

My Dad has been in Telford Hall since January 2024 when we needed to find a permanent full time nursing place at 24 hours notice between Xmas and new year (when the NHS find out you're self funded they want you out of hospital without any time or help). Telford Hall were great and made the transition
seamless. The home provides a great level of nursing care in very nice en-suite rooms. Food is great - Dad has put on 2 1/2 stone! There are loads of activities to join if you want to and even a pub, cinema and hairdresser. The relief we have knowing Dad has 24/7 care is immense.

As soon as you enter Telford hall building you receive a warm welcome. I have been visiting a friend for several years, that lived there.
I've always found the care outstanding, respect & dignity at all times.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff. They are friendly & approachable.
There
is always encouragement to join in different activities that are going on.
Sadly my friend passed away in October. His end of life care was outstanding & the staff were all very supportive to family & friends.
I still pop in occasionally to see the staff.
Forever grateful for the care that was given.

I visit The Oaks 2 or 3 times a week. I can only speak as I find. I am always made most welcome and you can have tea and biscuits every time I go to their Thursday morning get together which is excellent. I find it more like a hotel than a nursing home. I can't say how things are when I'm not there.
The food smells lovely when I walk through the door. Excellent. I have no idea of cost.

Since mum moved into Longridge Hall towards the end of last year we have been so pleased and impressed with the level of care and support provided - both to mum and to us as a family, helping us all to navigate this transition. We have found the staff to be friendly, approachable and very welcoming
at all times

The home recently underwent a significant re-decoration and the new lounges provide a warm and welcoming setting. We also like the ability to use smaller, more private lounges if there a few of us visiting at once.

My mother has been a Resident Service User at Longridge Hall for the past 6 months. She did not consider that she needed residential care but is now settled and accepting of the care provided by the staff who are ecellent at providing the care that residents need and are good at forming indiividual
rrelationships.which is verry evident in my mothers case.
The standard of accommodation is first class, the communal areas having recently undergone refurbishment. Rooms are of a decent size and are all ensuite providing residents with privacy.
Daily activities are open to residents that are varied and at a level accessible to all.
Meals too are very varied and of a high standard, well recieved by the residents.
In conclusion this is a care home of the highest standard with exceptional staff.

My mum has Alzheimer's and has been living at Telford Hall for the last 4 years. It was hard to begin with to have the discussion with her after being 'independent' but from the day she visited, mum has always shared how much she loves Telford Hall, how the staff she views as her friends and how amazingly
she is looked after. Above all mum feels safe and secure which means we have no worries for her. Every one of the staff , regardless of their role or how busy they are, are always happy to chat and laugh with mum and us as family. Mum is respected and clearly thought a great deal of which is fabulous to know!
Thank you for your care and thoughtful ways - you are all worth more than your weight in gold!!

I honestly cannot put into words how grateful our family is for the care my Nan receives here. From the moment she arrived, the staff have shown nothing but kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. My Nan has dementia, and the way they take the time to reassure her, calm her mind, and make her feel
safe and at ease means more to us than they will ever know.
What truly stands out is how personal their care is. They don't just look after her needs - they look after her. Simple but meaningful things, like sitting with her, chatting, doing her makeup, and making sure she feels comfortable and at home, make such a huge difference to her confidence and happiness. You can see that they really care, and that level of thoughtfulness is incredibly special.
Knowing that my Nan is treated with dignity, respect, and so much warmth gives our family real peace of mind. The staff are amazing, and this care home is a truly wonderful place. We feel so lucky to have found a home treats nan like family

What a lovely friendly environment for a particularly sad visit. The sister who held mums hand going down in the lift was so kind. Staff checked that we were ok, gave us refreshments in the bistro. Everywhere is very clean and welcoming. Thank you so much

As with any new facility there have been a few teething problems, but this has not detracted from the overall brilliant standard of the facility. My mum especially likes the on-suite wet room, with shower incorporated.

I also cannot praise enough the wonderful staff who go above & beyond caring for

my mum & taking care of all her needs, even down to making hot chocolate in the middle of the night when she can't get to sleep.
