Although there's been several changes of management during the last 18 months, I have never had any difficulty contacting them and have always found the team to be good listeners, approachable, and responsive. With the added levels of excellent nursing care at the home, Dad's medical needs are taken care of now and will be in the future, giving us the peace of mind that he will never have to move and will always have the care and company of these amazing staff who he has come to know so well. The home not only offers wonderful facilities but also has a dedicated team of activity coordinators who organise fun, interesting, diverse events that can be enjoyed by everyone, whenever they choose with no pressure. We feel that Dad is enjoying 'the very best of care' and are extremely grateful to everyone for their friendship, dedication and hard work.
