Parklands is an outstanding care home. Everyone is a family to our family. I couldn't find the words to say how wonderful and brilliant everyone is. They go far and beyond, nothing is too much trouble. I could never repay everyone for what they did for my dad, who passed away on 31 October 25. My mum
Ena is also here at Parklands. The care is fantastic and my mum feels so safe and well cared for. We love them all.
Reply from Sarah Lyon, Lodge Manager at Parklands Dear Jayne, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much on behalf of the team and myself here at Parklands. To receive such a positive, heartfelt review will not only contribute to staff morale but also highlight the care and compassion demonstrated by the team here at Parklands. It was a true blessing to be able to support Dad during his journey as it is to continue to be there for mum ... Providing that much needed love, care and support. You are all part of our extended family and should you need anything then team and I are always here. Thank you,
Sarah Lyon (Home manager)

This was my Granny's second stay at Birkdale Tower Lodge for some respite, and once again the experience was excellent. From start to finish, she really enjoyed her visit.

I felt completely reassured knowing she was being so well looked after by such a lovely and attentive team. It was wonderful to

see her getting involved in activities and to see firsthand how genuinely cared for she was.

I would definitely recommend Birkdale Tower Lodge to anyone looking for supportive and compassionate care.

A big thank you to everyone at Birkdale Tower Lodge for taking such great care of my Granny.

Oak Springs is a fabulous home, my Nan is so settled here after moving from another home.
The staff are like extended family and everyone is known personally by name. The food is beautiful and freshly made, lots of activities and my Nan loves that she can still get a pamper by having her hair done
weekly and her nails painted by the staff.
The manager and deputy have an open door policy which is refreshing for families and they are very hands on within the home.
It was hard to place my nan in her home but she needed the extra care as her dementia progressed.
I would highly recommend this home as it's home from home. Especially after a recent refurb which residents and relatives had a say in the decorations.
Reply from Andrea Lyon, Home Manager at Oak Springs Care HomeThank you for your amazing feedback, I will be sure to pass your kind words on to the staff.

St Helens Hall has been home to my mother for the majority of this year and the welcome was nothing less than warm and very helpful. I feel safe in the knowledge that she is now safe and in the hands of those who genuinely care. She has regular activities that she loves and keep her stimulated. They
are also really supportive of us as a family which is also very important. We could not have chosen better

Overall the care is brilliant with specific carers. Some carers need retraining but specifically, Sharon, Chloe + Ruben are excellent. They are caring and nothing is any trouble for any of the residents, there should be more like them. Under the guidance of an excellent team lead Ali, they are a great
