The care home manager responds quickly to calls and emails as do the reception staff.
The food is excellent and the chef gets to know what each resident likes and caters for them.
The carers do a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home.
Overall I would say without hesitation that Parklands Lodge is a really nice facility, managed very well and staffed with dedicated people who care. Looking forward to the spring and summer when everyone can take advantage of the lovely garden. I am very pleased that we made the decision to use Parklands Lodge.
