At Woodlands Nursing Home, we’re looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant.

Based in Ripley, DE5, Woodlands Nursing Home provides care and nursing support for older adults, including people living with dementia. As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives by:

• Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences
• Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
• Providing support during mealtimes
• Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing
• Working collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team

Position Details

·  Opportunities for day shifts or nights

·  Shift times: 07:30-19:30 or 19:30-07:30

·  Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

·  Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays

·  Location: Ripley, DE5 (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
