About The Role
We’re seeking a compassionate Night Care
Assistant committed to delivering personalised care with
empathy, dignity, and genuine kindness to each of our
residents.
This Care Assistant role is full-time,
consisting of 36 hours per week on night shifts.
The position requires flexibility to work a rota covering 7
days a week and is located in the
Dementia unit.
Please note that we are
currently only able to consider applications from candidates who have

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Assist with personal care and daily routines of residents
- Ensure residents' comfort and dignity at all times
- Support with mobility, nutrition, and medication as needed
- Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Maintain accurate care records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
As a Care Assistant, you will have outstanding
people skills and a friendly and positive attitude. We will provide
the necessary support and training you need to thrive. An enhanced DBS
check will be required for this role.
