EachStep Care Blackley is a 60-bedded, purpose-built specialist dementia care service providing respite, residential, nursing and end-of-life care. The home offers a dementia-friendly environment, person-centred care and strong connections with the local community.

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Night Carers to join our team on a bank or full-time basis. You will support residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity and wellbeing while providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support according to residents’ individual needs.

• Assist residents with their night-time routines.

• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns.

• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.

• Support residents living with dementia with patience and understanding.

• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment throughout the night.

Requirements

• Previous care experience is preferred.

• A caring, patient and compassionate approach.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work night shifts.

• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality care.
