Night Shift - 33 hours per week

Day Shift - 22 hours per week

About Carehome

EachStep Care Blackley is a 60-bedded, purpose-built specialist dementia care service providing respite, residential, nursing and end-of-life care. The home combines a dementia-friendly environment with person-centred care, strong community connections and a commitment to making a positive social impact across Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support tailored to residents’ individual needs.

• Assist with care planning and maintain accurate care records.

• Support and guide care staff to maintain high standards of care.

• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns appropriately.

• Support residents living with dementia with patience and understanding.

• Promote residents’ dignity, independence and quality of life.

• Ensure care procedures and health and safety standards are followed.
