About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a bank basis. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, promoting residents’ wellbeing and ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and deliver individualised nursing care.

• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical records.

• Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.

• Support residents living with dementia and other complex care needs.

• Work collaboratively with care staff, residents and their families.

• Ensure compliance with clinical procedures, safeguarding and health and safety standards.
